He should have a 100% smack in the head. He has been doing this a LONG time. It really should not only be against ebay rules it should be illegal. You can't plead ignorance if you are doing the same exact thing for years.

eBay KNOWS this guy is selling FAKE stuff because I have been reporting him for at least five years. Not only that but eBay HAS removed some of his items after I have reported them. Then, a few months later, he re-lists them, I report them and eBay lets them stay.

He also sells under eBay ID's of theolestuff and fourducks.

Those seem to be the common markings of some fakes that are going around. It came up in a thread in Feb.

Yes, many to most of the fakes have similar "aging" made to look old. I think this Acofind person and Roaches Corner have a lot in common...and none of it is good!!

You're wrong. Those can't be fake because he's a top rated seller.

You are welcome, John. I know some folks lament at us posting this kind of thread but I know, from experience, they can save some folks money as well as wreak some havoc on fraudulent sellers, both desirable outcomes in my book!! Hope all is well for you....

If you keep watching this scammers auctions, I am sure you will see a "vintage" and "authentic" cardboard baseball game box lid from 1914. What this idiot doesn't know is this game came ONLY in a wood box.

He has listed this lid numerous times. A few years ago, he was reported and eBay removed the auction. A few months later, it was back on and sold. The same (or similar) lid has been on a few more times since then. I report it and eBay does nothing.

I constantly report this scumbag's fakes. More MidWest fakes!

He has been selling these fakes forever and ebay doesn't seem to care.

Last time I reported him, I received a warning from ebay and 1 full year of my feedabck I left for people removed!

I called them and they accused me of trying to hurt my competition!!!

Are you kidding me??? Then they said they are watching me very closely.

So much for my attack on the Mid West fakes!
