Default Remar reprints?

Hello all, posting this in the right forum this time.

I happened to come across these Remar "proof" sheets in an online auction (which I won) and thought they were kinda cool. I wasn't too concerned about the value (I didn't pay a lot) but if I can make a buck, I'd do so to fund completing my 64 Topps set. Does anyone know much about these? I suspect they're not vintage but created after 1970 (I've found a couple references to Renata Galasso perhaps?) but haven't found much in on the internet about them or the history behind them, how scarce? Any help or knowledge dump would be appreciated.

Craig
