Default Advice/Opinions wanted

I'm not sure how well you'll be able to see it in these scans but I just received this card in the mail today and I'm seeing a little bit of frosting/milkyness around the edge of the slab which is giving me some concern. The areas where I'm noticing it are on both of the bottom corners and on both sides around where the label is. I can't say for sure that the slab has been popped but it's enough to make me wonder. Should I request to return this item to the seller?

Default PSA Cert

Your certificate # matches the card/player & condition. The frosting isn't bad on the corners. On most altered cards I have seen, the frosting on the cases is more noticeable.

My guess is the card looks to be in the condition indicated (barring the top right corner as viewed from the front) and you are fine/card is legit. However, I am not an expert and would give more weight to what some of the PSA experts on the board say.

I don't see wear that would make me think this was case was altered. I can see the frosting, but it's not enough that I would think it was more than just from the sealing process.
I don't have the bar code reader to confirm the flip, but if you're worried about it, request a reholder to the new style case/flip/hologram/numbers on both sides the next time you send in a submission. If you bought through PayPal, you have 180 days to return it for a refund.

Is there something about the card that has you concerned, or makes you believe that the card is not a 7?
