Default Considering a VCP subscription...

To those of you who invested in VCP subscriptions, did you get a Gold or Silver membership? Do you feel like it is worth the monthly fee? How many graded cards per month do you purchase?

Considering getting a subscription but don't know anyone whos ever used this service.

Thank you,
Joe

I have a gold membership, and I love it! Besides helping me gauge my bids (I buy upwards of 20 graded cards a month), it's also invaluable for re-pricing what I already own for insurance purposes. Since I also seem to accumulate multiples of some graded cards, VCP allows me to place not-so-unreasonable buy-it-now's when I sell. If you price something at 90% of VCP, it will tend to sell immediately.

Anytime I am confused about cards or their prices, which is often, Bob is the guy I go to for advice. Best post war collection I have seen.

Thank you Bob! I tend to buy close to that, 12 to 15 psa graded cards a month. Dont sell very often, only when i buy lots but sounds like it will help my gauge my bidding a lot.

I have been considering joining as well. Is it worth the cost ($179.99 per year), given free PSA SMR and that I also have a Beckett subscription?

+2. I'm a so-called PSA apologist and I still think SMR is a joke.
