Propaganda Montiel
Interesting card series, dates show 1946-1947.
Are they the same in both years? Also, just seeking opinions , would you consider this issue “playing years “ for Bill Dickey? He didn’t play in 1947 but was winding down his HOF career in 1946. Thanks for the discussion.

I have always really liked this set. Some affordable yet still very cool and some what difficult to find cards with a mixture of contemporary, retired and Latin stars.
