Default Topps 3D cards

This could go Pre or Post 80. I have the 12 card 1968 Topps 3D set and the two front variations of Maloney and Fairly ( dugout or not ). I really like the set and often wondered why Topps never reused that format. In 2012 they finally did with a 15 card sets that mixes current and former players

didn't Topps deem the process too expensive in '68?

Default 1968

I think that's right Anthony. Don't know if it took until 2012 to be cost feasible, or whether all the 3D movies made them think thee might be more interest now.
