The Flood helps. I'd look on ebay sold under "curt flood signed ball" and see what other multi-signed balls have sold for.

Maybe from one of those MDA tours in the 90s?

I have a set of cards from one of the MDA tours from 1990 or 1991 and I think everyone except Sims is in that set, so that's a good bet.
