Default 1-of-1's - Show Your Unique Cards

One of the cool things about collecting autographed pre-war cards is that they are extremely rare, and may, in fact, be totally unique. These cards and the Cy Young super overprint that just sold on ebay got me thinking -- what other pre-war cards are totally unique, i.e., only 1 known example (or at least under a small handful).

Just one rule -- no cards that are unique solely by virtue of their grade by a third party grading company (e.g., highest graded T206 Unglaub doesn't count). What I am looking for here are cards that completely transcend grade because of scarcity.

Here's what I think is probably my rarest card -- a dual-signed T201:
