Default Cincinnati Reds “Official League” Clock

If anyone can provide me with information about this clock I saw at an antique store I would be greatly appreciative. I didn’t get the dimensions—it is a good sized wall clock with wooden frame. The face is a metal sheet. I don’t even know if it is vintage or reproduction. Thank you.

It's vintage and legit.

But don't spend too much money on it (unless you really love it). They are not extremely tough to find, and tend to sell for $250 or less, even in NRMT condition. It's one of those things that should sell for more... but the demand for it must be rather low. You'd think Reds fans would be all over it.

In that rough condition, I'd try to keep the price below $100. Hope this helps!

Thanks a lot guys. I’m assuming this is 50s or 60s? From your advice I guess this one is a little rough looking—but it does seem to run properly. Is it common to find them in working order?

Yes, I believe they are. I would guess 50/50 on whether they work or not.

I have a near-perfect one that keeps perfect time. But I can’t find it!

It may be packed in a box that I haven’t yet opened from my move 3 years ago. It looks much nicer than the one posted, and you nailed it on the timing... late ‘50s - early ‘60s.

If you think you’re interested, please shoot me a PM or email, and I’ll dig in a little deeper to find it. Thanks!
