Default Help on postcard...SD scene?

I've had this postcard for a few years...I thought it was cool...and it looked old. Any ideas on age, value. Can this be graded?

Any info is appreciated.

Based on the clothes I would say early 20th century say teens. Again total guess, have SGC slab it with the call out for the UFO.

Wonder if it could be Fort Meade, SD. Military base founded in late 19th century. I notice some military hats toward right center of the postcard. One sitting and another standing. Or maybe I'm seeing things. ;-). Some closeups of some of the groups of people might help a bit.
