It is but you would think with a $1,500,000 starting bid they
would have a zoom in function.

And that Plank went for $94K in a Goodwin Auction in 2013. Now it's $450K. I wish Planks have gone up that much.

For that kind of money I assume the seller would purchase an airline ticket and then rent a limousine to hand deliver to customer.

First of all...Wouldn't our good old friends at the auction houses be waiving the sellers fees for an item like this? I was told by quite a few here that's the norm. If so, why sell on eBay?

Even if they don't...Why sell it on eBay?

Lastly, how did that get a 2? My first and last experience with PSA, I sent a 1950 Bowman Bob Waterfield in expecting a 7 at worst....It came back a 2. Never submitted with them again. That being said...to the plain eye it looked NM+. This Wagner looks like it spent several decades in Louis Anderson's back pocket.

They would waive the sellers fee (AHs will almost always waive the sellers fee for consignments of reasonable size), but they will not waive the buyers premium, which is the 20% added to the hammer price; although for a Wagner, some AHs may kick back the consignor a small percentage of the Buyers premium. Meanwhile, based on price, I don’t think this guy is really trying to sell the Wagner or Plank

It's pronounced "intestinal tract".
