Question Thoughts on this Ripken JR?

Have a ton of knowledgeable people on this forum so I thought I would ask for thoughts on this Ripken Jr.

Just a meager collector here but it looks forced plus all the spotting takes away from the appeal of the ball. There is certainly no lack of Ripken signed items out there so I would definitely pass.

A big part of my collection is Ripken, and I have many Ripken autographs, but I have never seen one that looked like that, so I would not add it to my collection.

In my view I think it's a genuine signature from that era where he signed in this manner, but doesn't look like a good example from that time frame; the R is not the best example as well as the toning of the ball itself.
