Certainly seems live. It's just an odd thing . Signature doesn't bother me , the seller has sold me good stuff in the past so I don't think hes trying to rip me off , it's just weird cause in person , it's certainly different than what you would expect .

Only other option is if it's a modern fake that doesn't have live ink on the card. Inspect the signature in hand to ensure it's live ink and not printed as part of card.
