Default Quick Opinion - Tape Stain (?) on 53 Mantle

So, I jumped the gun and put in an aggressive bid on a PSA 5 53 Bowman Mantle based on the attractiveness of the front. However, I now see (after I won) that the back has what appears to be some tape damage.

I was under the impression tape marks result in a qualifier ... is this not the case? Is it really possible a card can get a PSA 5 with such marks?

And lastly, is this something you think the auction house should disclose? I will honor my bid ... just frustrated to catch this after the fact.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Brian

More likely a wax stain.

I see it at the top & bottom. I say not tape. Maybe it got cleaned or wiped to good? As it appears it wiped away parts of the card (wax as mentioned)
Heres a better pic
