Default RIP Connie Hawkins

Been a bad week for deaths of childhood heroes, with Tom Petty and The Hawk both going. RIP to the great Connie Hawkins. Share 'em if you got 'em:

Connie Hawkins was once my favorite basketball players, and the one I would go out of my way to watch. He certainly did not have an easy life, and he got a terrible break when he was banned from the NBA. I read Bob Wolf's book Foul and it is a must read for a basketball fan. Sad to see the Hawk is gone.
