This is an old photo but not sure if its 100 years old...
Chicago National League, Cubs World Champions.

The inclusion of Vin Campbell makes this the 1908 Cubs.

Agreed - that is a frequently published 1908 Cubs photo. Socks are unique to 1908. I believe it originated with the Chicago Daily News.

As T. Scott and Mark said, it is an oft-used photo for the 1908 team. Value will depend on where/when it was used and collectability of the issue moreso than the inclusion of the image. Finding another example of that image being used won't necessarily tell you anything about the value of yours unless the size and format match as well. (In other words, some vintage reprints are worth more than others).

It appears to be printed on a heavy paper or card stock. The actual size is 9" x 14".
