27 is a very desirable program. In that condition, I'd say 1000 to 1500, unless the inside is missing pages or damaged.
There are cardboard backers and soft sleeves these fit in or you can get an oversized plastic sleeve. They are delicate so you do want to be careful when handling it Matt

A couple people have sent me PM's... It has all of the pages still intact. The box score section is not filled out, but my grand father did note how many runs were scored each inning, who the winning and losing pitchers where, and what game it was (game 1).

This is the Yankees' edition. Whilst it is a very nice and sought after program, the Pirates' program is considerably rarer - it was printed on low quality paper and presumably less were printed so fewer have survived the decades.
