This is a 1931 Chicago Cubs Picture Pack card of William Veeck, club president. A member of baseball's Hall of Fame.

I'd like to trade him and some cash for a T210 series 6 of Angermeier fielding, or Whitaker, F to VG is great!

Just a note but your photo pictures Bill Veeck Sr., who is not a HOF member but Bill Veeck Jr., his son, is a HOF'er.
