Default 1985 Topps Don Mattingly #665 PSA 10

I've been trying to complete the Mattingly Topps base set and this card seems to scarce. I see Tiffany versions cheaper. Does anyone know why? Thanks

The demand may be greater for the regular version versus the Tiffany as the regular card has only 60 of 820 graded as 10s while the Tiffany has 55 of 280 graded 10. Obviously the Tiffany's have a much higher pct. of 10s due to being issued in a factory set only.
