Up for sale today is a very scarce, uncatalogued 1950 Bill McGowan (HOF) Postcard issued by Harold R. Piel, Custom Photos of Ocala, FL and produced in conjunction with Bill McGowan's Umpire School. McGowan appears seated in the black umpire's suit kneeling in front of his students. This high-grade beauty has been graded an SGC 70 by the strict graders at Sportscard Guaranty Company, the industry leader in third-party grading. Please review scans of the front and back of the postcard for condition details.
