Default 1928 Butler vs. Notre Dame basketball ticket

I came into possession of this ticket recently. I don't know much about college basketball or Indiana sports generally, but from what I can sort out this game was the first ever played at the then brand-new Butler Field House. The building went on to become rather iconic in Indiana and was renamed the Hinkle Fieldhouse at some point.

Anyone have any idea of scarcity/value?

Ticket is of very heavy stock and about 4.25" inches long. Also, I can't say I've ever seen better graphics on a ticket...just awesome/evocative.
