Default OT - congrats to Dodgers

Posted By: steve

I know they are now out of the race, but congrats to the Dodgers on a fine season.

Joe Torre was a superb acquisition. Manny Ramirez is just unbelieveable - postseason .500+ batting avg, 4 HRs, 10 RBI and slugging % over 1. - wow! There is NOBODY playing baseball today that I would rather have at the plate in a clutch situation - PERIOD !

By the way, Manny now has the Major League record for most postseason HRs.

If Brad Penny did not get injured, Dodgers could be going to Series.

Without Torre and Manny, do Doders even make playoffs - I think not.

Always hoping for that Angels/Dodgers World Series - maybe next year.
