Default T205 Drum Back Auctions - Someone Educate Me!

I'm not a T205 collector, and know next to nothing about the set. But, I did happen to stumble upon this eBay auction that just ended today...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mordecai-Bro...-/310367388148

Seems to me like a steal for that card.

Here's another interesting link...

http://robertedwardauctions.com/auction/2010/335.html

Same card, right?

So, why would someone re-slab a card they paid 2 grand for and then list it on eBay without touting it as a Drum back in their auction?

Just by re-slabing the card from a SGC20 to PSA1 was a lose of $400 plus cost.

And why DRUM was not in title is another why wouldn't you. Love the true .99 cent starting listing.

Nice card though just 1 pen hole from a $2500 bump.

Card was a steal even in that condition...Drums are very rare...add that to a HOFer with decent eye appeal and that card should have gone for way more. Surprised it did not list Drum in the title.

Can't believe I missed that one. The use of the word "drum" in the title may have caught my attention. Really not a bad price for the card IMO as they don't come around to often.

Ditto. Great price for the card, wish I had seen it. This is what happens when you have to sort through all the tons of crap on ebay these days and miss good buys.
