1939 playball the bin was 149.00 there were 3 or 4 bids which i thought once there were bids the bin was no longer available but i see after 5 bidders the card sold for the bin can anyone tell me how that is ???

If they had a reserve set, then even with the bids, the BIN won't go away until the reserve is met. If you don't set a reserve and start an auction at 0.99 cents, and have a BIN, it goes away, when you get your first bid.

He most likely had a Bin with a best offer deal.. he rejected the offers and someone finally gave him what he was asking.
