Default Jack Dempsey Autograph Question

Does anyone know for sure if this signature is authentic or not? My guess is no but I cannot find another example that looks like this. Part of the greeting looks smeared too which wouyldn't happen if it was printed on. My other though is it was rubber stamped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tony

Dempsey wasn't shy about signing, and I don't think I've ever seen a rubber stamp from him, but that does look a lot like a stamp.

In case it helps, here's an auto my dad got in person at his NYC restaurant in the 70's...

I first thought it was printed directly on it but I can't find an example of another that looks like it.

The handwriting is Dempsey. His restaurant PC is probably his most common item and one of the least valuable signed items. They were sold at the restaurant and usually signed in person by the host, so the odds of there being a stamp as one might use for TTM are very low. I've never heard of one.

Just re-found this picture I picked up at an estate auction probably 25 years. It appears to have been cut from a magazine. Based upon the above samples, it appears to be an authentic autograph. But I would appreciate the opinions of others. I'm including a copy of the reverse of the picture. Thanks. (and sorry, tried repeatedly to adjust sizes and failed.)

Did a little research and found that the original was a wire photo taken in 1929 with the mother of Tex Rickard.
