if he's trying to make a point about variations. It's not a "Classic Baseball cards" deal, if that's what you mean. Lot of meaty information there, though, even in 2002 from 1983.

It's a reference book I can't do without. For instance, it has several of the t206 numbering schemes - I have occasionally been asked about stuff like this, and it's nice to have the reference. It also has back variation info for most sets, though scarcity information is not as detailed as it could be (not a problem - you have to have scope limitations to any projects).

If you haven't already checked it out, Pete from this forum has an excellent site that mainly details the 1910 era Caramel issues, includes many photos of the cards, and provides interesting insights on these issues and their relative scarcity. Here is the link--
