since the Angels became known as the California (not Los Angeles) Angels as of the 1965 season, this would date the stickers sometime between 1961-1964. I see nothing distinctive in the logos sufficient to pin it down further.

These appear to be, or are very similar to, the 1963 Post Pennants. The Post pennants are about 3.5" long and have a cloth feel to them. There are instructions on the reverse as to how to attach the pennants. I believe they were originally packaged as American and National League. If you are interested in selling them, I would be interested, particularly in the Phillies pennant.
