Default Pinhole?

The book said they were supposed to be at the top . Could probably happen to any of the TPGs as long as humans are grading.

I see a mark right above the blue name field but don't see a corresponding mark on the reverse. Not sure there's a hole.

Scott, the pin hole is in the lower left front and lower right back.

even crazier that they missed it so close to a corner. I know when I miss things they're almost always in the middle of the card not near an edge or corner.

Agreed....put me in the camp that DOES NOT believe a pin hole should be an automatic '1'.

Are you also in the camp that DOES NOT believe that a trimmed card should be an automatic "A"?

Big difference between a trim and a pinhole....and personally speaking, I have no problem with trimmed cards that look mint in A holders. My personal collection has some. However, I'm not cracking them out and selling them raw as untrimmed either. We'll leave that to some other unnamed sellers.

And where did this even come from? Most anyone with a lick of common sense knows that comparing a pinhole to a trimmed card is like comparing apples to oranges.
