Default My 1933 Goudey Blog

Hi Everyone,

I recently started a blog to chronicle my efforts in putting together the 1933 Goudey set. The blog is called "240 Baseball Stars" and I just wanted to post the link here in case anyone is interested in checking it out (I've also added the link to my signature). I'd appreciate any feedback or suggestions that anyone may have.

240 Baseball Stars

Thanks!
Keith

Default Cool

Keith, nice idea for a blog. I'll be checking-in periodically to see your progress. I can feel like I'm collecting the set, and at the same time not spend the money : )

Default Great Idea

Keith,

Great idea for the blog! Having been down the path you are traversing (see PSA registry 1933 Goudey #20....Barry's midlife crisis) it is neat reading that others had some of the same feelings / ideas about specific cards in the set. It was a great path for me and was my first foray into the realm of vintage baseball cards. It seems as if you are collecting about the same grade cards as I have.....nice eye appeal, but still relatively cost effective.

Best of luck in your endeavor!

Barry

Keith:

Paul Hawk here and I actively review your blog. I love your Ruth! I need to add more narration to my posts - I like everything you write on yours!

That's a great idea for a blog! It's also a good record for you to have after your set is completed. I wish that I had done something similar with my sets, but I'm way too lazy to document things like that.
