I've driven by dozens of times, and always figure that *some* day I'll stop in, but it hasn't happened yet. Over the summer I have visions of redesigning my office to have a baseball decor, though, so maybe your post will inspire me to finally stop and take a look around...

Regards,

Richard.

I picked up a Hooker! Knocked this one off my National "hit list" early.

Amazing piece Tony! Being from Ohio, I really enjoy seeing items related to the Polar Bear tobacco.

my first "pick-up" post.

This may have been my most diverse mail day ever, so thought I'd post them.
T206's are from Adam's recent BST...He finally broke down and sold some of them to me!

Default Lefty Grove Eclipse Import.....

This arrived in the mail yesterday.... It appears to have a different back than my other Eclipse Imports... Could there be three different back variations of these cards? Dan?

Nice E96 Scotty! Looks like it was dipped in caramel. I think it adds character to the card . And Nice haul Robert Dixon. Very nice cards.

I liked these unc/strip/notebook cards of Lord and Carrigan.

Picked up the Brown (5th card from the left) today off the Wantlist thread Brad started.

Two to go. Riedy and Boyce to complete the horizontal subset.

Default Hal Chase...Take II

I shared this card a couple months back when I picked it up raw...just got it back from PSA and was pleasantly surprised how well it graded out! I must add that I'm rarely "pleasantly surprised" any time I get cards back from PSA...

Hi Scotty, The Lord and Carrigan were from the recent Legendary auction and were part of a larger lot and (shameless plug) I will probably be putting the other 6 on the B/S/T soon .

Busy month for me. Here is a Duffy Ferguson Bakery and an E120 Pennock.

Thanks to Jantz, Jerry and Erick for the heads-up on this one.

Photobucket

This is the second Lundgren/Chicago with Howe's stamp that I have been able to acquire. There is one more I know of, I just need to wrestle it away from the current owner.

Thanks to everyone for letting me know when they see one. I appreciate the help.

Nothing fancy or special, but as a relative newbie, I was pretty excited to pick up my first horizontal which also happens to have a "scarce" back.
