The Rose and Aaron look good. Not sure about the Mantle (lots of good fakes on the market) and have no clue what Oh's signature looks like. The Rose ball will not bring in much because he signs a ton. If the Aaron ball were cleaner it would be worth a decent amount of money... same with the Mantle if it's real. Have no clue about Oh. Would guess that the rose ball would be somewhere between $25 and $50 (more than that if you could prove the ball was used in that particular game) while the Aaron ball would be ~$100. I would guess the Mantle would be in the ~$250 range due to condition as well as being personalized.

The fading of the signatures is severely going to hurt your resale value, I personally wouldn't waste any $ on authenticating. Throw them up on eBay with a high BIN/OBO and see what offers roll in.

He means who is the President on the label. Looks like the Oh is on a Feeney ball, who is the Pres of the Mantle? Or, better yet, post a pic.

They all appear good. Value is subjective because of the fading. All are available well signed and with dark ink. Check eBay for comps. I wouldn’t waste time getting them authenticated. You could just list them on eBay and let it ride. Personally if you like them they’re probably worth keeping for yourself.
