Default BCD "Chase" Offers

I'm sure everyone has received these offers from BCD for "chase" packages of one sort or another (HOF jersey, HOF ball, etc.). Now there's a "chase" offer for pre-war cars, 3 per box (presale $99/$149 afterwards), or a case of 6 boxes (18 pre-war cards "guaranteed").

Has anyone had any experience with these "chase" offers?

If anyone needs a link to their ads, I can provide it, but I'm not interested in shilling for them (more than this query entails).

Thanks!! (and Happy New Year to all the Net54 community!!!)

When you use the acronym BCD around here it normally relates to an entirely different entity.

I'm not sure I get it. For $100 you get a T206, a Sporting News, and a Zeenut. Not sure what issue the Wagner would be for the lucky buyer, they don't say. Plus with all the lottery and McDonalds Monopoly games not being random I am not sure anyone gets a great chase card. Hope I'm wrong.

I think the fun would be having a million dollar budget to buy the cards and produce the packages though.

Dammit you guys. I had to look up BCD in the acronym finder and came up empty. Then I tried Urban Dictionary and came up with 4 possibilities, none of which seemed likely, especially the one starting with Blue.

I see no difference in this than buying one of the new releases that give you 5 cards for 500 bucks. Just expensive lottery tickets with little chance of a pay off. If you are into a gamble, it may be up someone's alley.

I am not opposed to offers like this but would need more information before buying in. And it's always hard to trust that the big hits are truly random, even if they are inserted into packs. They don't even announce what the big hits are, or how many cases are being produced. I would stay away from this one personally.

Default If it is Mr. Daniels

I wonder if you get texts and phone calls at 2-3 in the morning with someone preaching at you if you buy a box. Not a fan of Mr. Daniels and his pushing his beliefs on me. Or his threats of calling my work (funny since i own the business) or my mother because i replied to his anonymous texts in a not so nice manner. Anybody else get any of those? He does or did at least have a real nice collection of high grade E94s.
