Default Vintage Bat Question-Store Model?

Ray O'Brien had a 19 yr. minor league career from 1913 to 1932. Also, a 16 game call up in June of 1916 with ML Pittsburgh. Do these markings indicate possible or intended game use? Bat length is 35". Some of Ray's stays in the minors were lengthy and I wonder if store model bats would be offered for a locally popular player?
Thank you in advance for ideas shared.

Hand Turned above the center label indicates a bat manufactured for professional use.

Default Ray's Bat

Thanks to HOF Bats for that info. Michael, Ray was not a relative but the bat was neat and the name association sealed the deal for me.
Can any one place a decade to this bats production? Ray played in the teens,20's and thirties. Sincerely, Dennis
