Default PSA Respone to Better Business Bureau Complaint

Posted By: Dan

Company Response Summary:
The item in question was not in the box when we received it.

The Full Response:
We believe the complaint is not justified. We handle tens of thousands of customers' cards per month and we have strict procedures in place to assure that cards shipped are found in the shipping boxes and logged in immediately. Mr. Mckee's card was not in the box when we opened it. Furthermore, Mr. McKee did not insure the box for the $6k value he places on the missing card.

3 to 4 people opening hundreds of packages each day with no accountibility at all! But they can firmly say my card wasn't in the box. It is now either in the trash or in 1 of their employee's pockets, period.

The package also wasn't insured for the $2000.00 which I have sold the other 25 T206's for. I guess they were not in the box either?

Stay tunned, I am far from done with this one, it is just too much $$ to roll over and let these punks take from me with their negligence!

The truly sad thing is that if they would have addressed this problem the 1st day I called when the package was still there, all of this probably would have been avoided.

See above logged in immediately if that is the case, then they should have known there was a problem immediately and not blown me off for 2 weeks telling me it just hasn't been logged yet!
