Default a question, but not of TRIVIA....

Below is a scan of cards of two baseball men. They have something in common other than just having been ballplayers. After a while, I will replace the scan with an image of three, who share a singular commonality. And I'll keep replacing with more until someone "gets" it. Good luck with it. FW

All were players in the 19th C and managers in the 20th C.

Default Frank

McGraw managed Baltimore of the AL in 1902. Ban Johson couldn not stand McGraw, so he replaced him with Robinson in 1902.

Griffith succeeded them in 1903 when Baltimore became the NY Highlanders.

Well I'm back from Church, and it looks to me like Jay and Ted are close enough to dead on, for what I was looking for... All of these guys managed the franchise that is now known as the New York Yankees. And this shows them, in order (I thought it would take 2 or 3 more, before folks got it). Well done, guys.

These guys, in order, were the first 11 managers of the franchise.
