Default Help with the year of a "vintage" Pee Wee Reese signed card

Just curious the thoughts as to when this may have been signed. There is a stamp "Apr 1953" on the back and this appears like an early signature. Most notable the large 'P". Any thoughts if it may have been signed in 53?

Help appreciated!

Not sure on the date of the autograph but I would think its a bit later than 53 although probably a playing days or near after signature. The crease and wear were defiantly in place before the signature occurred. If it was signed in the year it was printed that seems to be an awful lot of honest water in just a few months. Not saying it's impossible but in my opinion a bit unlikely.
Just a thought.
