In my opinion your Chet Brewer autograph is good . Obviously a later in life example but good nonetheless .

I have seen a check listed for 295 and a 3x5 listed for 250 . I bought my check and 3x5 many years ago for considerably less than those numbers . Based on that I would say $200-$250 but it could be a tough sell at that price if you want to sell it . Buying it I would go $150 -$200.
Just my opinion .
