Default Sportcaster cards

I'm sure old enough to remember them, but don't recall them ( that may be a separate problem), David--you need to find out which ones you are missing and finish that set

I subscribed as a kid, but somewhere along the lines, got tired of getting more judo/yachting/weightlifting/swimming/racing cards than the sprinkling of "big 4" sports I was interested in, so I didn't hang around long enough to get the Gretzky, Bird, or Magic. Of course, the fact that not many people did explains why they are fairly scarce. They were very nice cards with the big color picture on the front. Although I think I am still scarred by the cards of the East German "women" swimmers...

Thanks for sharing the commercial - nice memories!

yep, same with me. Virtually any and every sport was at some point available, and no one wanted the badminton or table tennis cards, but you had to take them to get the baseball/basketball/football/hockey guys.

Default one of these days

One of these days I might spend the few bucks and get one of the NY Team cards. They are always available I just haven't made the effort. It would go good with this as they both use similar (not the same though) pictures....
