Default Who was the first commissioner stamped on a ball?

I am collecting a ball from each league president and commissioner... i am stuck on commissioner spike eckert. As far as i know, they only were stamped on the All Star ball.

Does anyone know if eckert, frick, chandler or landis ever had their name stamped on a mlb ball?

i know frick did as a league president but how about as commissioner???

I can stop looking if the answer is never for these four.

thanks!
