Beautiful stub and ticket Jeff!

Is that Bulldogs/Quakers ticket the oldest NFL ticket known?

Great tickets Jeff and that would be something if it was the oldest NFL ticket for sure!

I'm trying to decide what's more impressive - a 1921 ticket stub or getting John S. back from hiatus

I collect Auburn football stubs from significant seasons. I actually don't have any scans of my stubs,as all my buddies are card collectors, so I rarely show them off. Will have to get some scans up soon.

This auction house thing has me so busy that I have very little time but I am getting better at the balancing act. I hope to amp up my contributions in the near future.

I am really curious if there are any older examples of NFL stubs known.

Again Jeff...very impressive!

Hi John,

I have never seen any other stubs from '21 or '20, that's what I love about collecting you never know what will turn up.

Looking forward to your upcoming auction, can't wait.

Thanks Jeff

Here is my earliest ticket as well as the link to my Army-Navy collection. Still looking for that damn 1919 Army Navy game stub/full ticket.

Wish I could help you out with that 1919 Army Navy ticket -
It's not a ticket but I love this envelope with the Army Navy graphic and especially since the postmark is the USS Arizona.

My oldest Pro ticket is the complimentary promotional ticket from 1922 - an acquisition in the last BST auction

Another early ticket is this from 1926 - a crucial victory for the Yellow Jackets on their way to the NFL title.

Great looking First Day Issue, from an incredible battleship.
I love that you can see the score from the game in the stamp mark. Here is the ticket and program from that particular game:

In a sadder connection between the Arizona and the Army-Navy game: The 1941 Army Navy game day program featured an article on the "Future of the US Navy" that highlighted the USS Arizona.

The game was played on 29 November 1941. One week later, Pearl Harbor was attacked and the USS Arizona was turned into a tomb for 1,177 brave men.
