Four More Mystery Non Sport Autographs - Help Needed

Everyone was such a help on the last couple unknown autographs that have been staring out me for awhile, hoping I could tap into more expertise and see if anyone recognizes these (I am very bad with recognizing faces) four that have been staring at me for some time now. I have some clues as to what genre they likely are and era based on the collections they were kept with.

1) Likely a radio personality, probably from the 1950 or early 1960's
2) Uknown era, looks like his nickname is "The Perp" but I don't recognize him nor can I decipher his autograph
3) Signed slip, likely from an MGM or related actor from the early to mid 1950's
4) Part of an autograph album that included 1930's baseball, some boxing, and a few entertainment. Looks like it reads "Catherine Bugbee" but I cannot find anyone who matches that name from the era.
