Default Has anyone had any luck contacting COLLECT.COM by phone??

I have tried for a couple of days and the phone just rings off the hook and noone picks up? Is this a legitimate business/auction house? I just won my first item from them and just want some feedback....

I, too, got no answer last week when I tried to contact COLLECT.COM by phone to discus an issue re the first lot I ever won from them. So, I sent an eamil, which was answered very quickly. With the exchange of a couple of emails, the issue was satisafctorily, pleasantly, and quickly resolved.

No, I haven't received it yet. But, last Friday, I did receive an email from COLLECT.COM in which they advised me of the Fed Ex tracking number. Maybe it will arrive tomorrow!

Default Collect.com

I moved this over here so others can know too. Collect.com seems to be getting better by the auction and they are an advertiser, and that is appreciated. As always, I am here to try to help with any advertiser situations between them and our members. I have been in contact with them the last few days in a row, with Steve Bloedow (SP?...sorry), the Director of Collect.com. Steve is always quick to get back to folks and I bet their office has just been sparsely attended with the holidays and all. I am sure feedback will be forthcoming and this thread on this side of the forum might help a little. I paid for my winnings in their last auction and already got them. Very quick service....

I purchased from the collect.com auction previous to the current one, and I like them also. They are one of the few auction houses that allow the use of credit card (through Paypal) if your winnings is under $2500. I made a mistake of paying by bank transfer rather than credit card when using Paypal, and they had great service where they reversed the charge so I could re-pay by credit card. I was able to contact them by phone for this very quickly, so I'm assuming that the holiday season is why they haven't been picking up these days.
