Default What do you think this would grade? 2001 Joe Mauer

Hi all,

I was curious as to what you might think this card could grade? I'm interested in it for a few bucks but would send it in to be graded if the card could get SGC 9+ PSA 10 or Beckett 9 or better. I haven't gotten it yet so this is the only picture but from what I can see it looks crisp and the corners are nice. I believe the white spots are just dust and bits on the case. Joe is my favorite player so I wouldn't mind spending th extra few dollars to get it graded, even though the card might not be worth a whole lot.

Thanks!

If you want a card in a high graded slab it is usually easier to just buy it already in the slab of your choice.

Yep... I would not feed them any more money. You know the grade as well or better than they do, anyway. If you must have a number attached, then buy one that's already been graded. But better yet, just enjoy the one you already have, as-is.

It's a nice card that needs no further "validation" from someone who's likely less knowledgeable than yourself.
