Me being a Cardinals fan I cannot believe that I have not looked at this thread before now. You have an unbelievable Lou Brock collection. I love the variety and the passion you show.
However I do need to make a slight correction. The 1973 Topps candy lid proof you posted is not 1973. It is 1972. The 1973 proof will have yellow surrounding it. The 1972 candy lids are very very tough to find. I know because I looked for a long time and finally got one for my Cardinals collection.

I saw Lou at the Cardinals home opener today along with all the other living HOFers. Lou lost one of his his lower legs to diabetes a couple years ago but has handled it with nothing but class. He got a huge ovation and some loud “Louuuus” from the crowd.

Some pickups over the last 4 months.
1972 Topps with the stats overprinted on the front. 1975 and 76 Stolen base leaders blank backs 1979 Real Photo (I'm not sure what that means, that's the Ebay description)
