Picked up a few 1989 Upper Deck printing errors

Those are a mess alright. I remember seeing thousands of really bad UD errors at SoCal shows in the early 1990s. I think they were going out the back door of the factory in Carlsbad.

I bought some junk wax in the BBCE sale over the holiday.

Remember when this set was on fire? Not so much now. I got the set for $8:



For my money, one of the nicest unsung sets of the junk era is the 1988 Score issue:



Busted a $11 box.

I picked up the 86 Traded set a few years back for around the same price, maybe 10 at the most. It's a great set for sure, fun to look through every now and then. Love the design that year, and there were some great rookies in that set.
