Default Any pre-1945 players that are still alive ?

I was wondering how many players that played before 1946 ( pre-war) are still alive ? And what is the oldest set they appear in ?

Baseball Almanac lists the current oldest living players. Many played in the 40's. Terwillinger is the name that jumped out b/c of his cards...Oldest is Tom Jordan 99 with a 1977 TCMA card. (cards shown here are not mine)

TJ will be 100 on September 5th. Wayne Twig is a spry 93. Red Schoendienst at 94 is the oldest living Hall of Famer.

On a side note, when Doerr passed I think he was the last living player from the 30s.

Eddie Robinson came up in September '42. A couple other guys came up in August '42, but I had never heard of them.

Robinson has a 1948 Topps Magic Photo.
