Default Cy Young Horner cabinet in Lelands

I was excited to see this listing in Lelands for a Cy Young Horner cabinet. But after looking at it, I wasn't sure it was Cy.

It's gotten 20 bids in the first week or so of being open, so apparently I might be the only one to think this isn't Cy. But figured it was worth getting some other opinions - is this Cy?
