Just a idea. I teach art. The background white wall is plain. Remove the shelves and by a piece of foam core. Use some matte medium to collage some Musial and cardinals magazine cut outs from auction catalogs. Get some Cardinal red blasting out of the showcase. Love the cards and statue. Scott

Scott,

That's a great idea. I did think of getting some magazines for the background but didn't think of the foam. I'll repost the display when it's done.

Default Stan Musial

Dan, that's a great display! You know you still have room to add a few non-rookie cards.

Thanks for the list (I did remember it posted last year on N54), my notes attached

1943 M114 - this "card" is displayed in the back of the bottom shelf
1946 Propaganda Montiel - middle shelf, middle card
1946 Sears - Never seen one but I'm looking
1946 W603 Sports Exchange - Doesn't look like a card but I'd still love to add it
1946-47 Sensacion Premiums - Looking
1947 W602 Sports Exchange mini - middle shelf, on the right
1947 Exhibit Supply Co. ("MADE IN USA" kneeling pose was only made this year) - I had no idea. Thanks. I'll add this one soon
1947 D305 (round corners) top shelf, on the right
1947 W571-3 Hess Shoes - Never seen one but would love to have it
1947 Bond Bread Premiums - Not really a card but I'd still love to have one
1947 W571-2 Bond Bread Exhibi ??? [/QUOTE]
