Default coa from collectors exchange network?

was thinking of buying an autograph that has a coa from collectors exchange network out of waynesville nc. anyone know anything about this company? google didn't provide much info. thanks!

I have never heard of them.
Is there an address and phone number on the COA.
That can be a warning sign if those are missing.

Judging by the Nicholson, Potts, and Tiegs autographs, I would probably bet all are fake. Even the nobodies. (unlike Cheryl Tiegs )
