Default Help with Spanish inscription

Seeking some help with Spanish inscription in this guide. Seems like it might have been presented to Adolfo Luque. If anyone can translate it would be appreciated

I have a Cuban employee here who translated, it's actually quite a compliment.

"To my endearing friend Adolfo Luque The Baseball Glory of Cuba.

From your admirer, P. Galiana"

Justin - thanks so much and please forward thanks to your employee

That certainly sounds like a presentation to Luque- I guess I cannot assume that it was owned by Luque, but I don't think it's that great a leap of faith to believe that it was

Here is the cover of the guide - the first who's who of Cuban baseball published in 1948
